Let us tell you that the girl, resident of Ghatampur, Kanpur, was raped by Ashish Soni, son of Rakesh Soni, resident of Faridpur, while guarding the garden. In which he was supported by his friends Shivmangal, Savita, son of Jagdish and Meghanand, son of Raghunath. Ashish raped the girl and his friends made the video. He continued to have physical relations with her by threatening to make her viral. Due to fear the girl did not tell anyone. During this time the girl became pregnant. On September 30, accused Ashish Shivmangal, Meghnand and two others found her alone and entered the house again. Started pressurizing her to have sexual relationship with him. When the girl said that she was pregnant, they started beating her. Just then Yukti’s mother and her sister reached home. So the accused ran away while waving the gun and threatening to perform abortion.

After this the victim went to the police station but no hearing took place. On the contrary, Ashish Soni got a case filed against the victim’s brother by saying that he had broken the glass of the loader. He came to know about this after receiving a call from the police station. When the victim’s mother told the whole story in the police station, they started pressurizing her to hush up the matter by charging her Rs 2 lakh. If they did not do so, they started threatening to implicate them in other cases also.

Due to lack of hearing, the victim reached CM residence with her family.

The victim reached the Chief Minister’s residence with her family around 12 o’clock on Wednesday. Where his sister has complained about the negligence of the police and demanded justice. The victim’s sister says that the accused made a video of her sister after raping her. They are harassing her physically and mentally by threatening to make it viral. When a complaint was made at the police station, his minor brother was taken to the police station at 11 pm. He was assaulted. After this, they started pressurizing him to take Rs 2 lakh by giving instructions not to register a case. When the family did not listen to them, others started threatening to implicate them in a case. The policeman has also been accused of going to the victim’s village and assaulting people.
