IndiaMART has released a vacancy for the post of Area Sales Manager. The candidate shortlisted for this post will be responsible for ensuring sales funnel, conversion and sales productivity. Apart from this, one should have experience of leading a large team in the sales acquisition process.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing channel partners for sales of paid subscription packages through ground sales executives.
- Ensuring team hiring, training, management and retention.
- Conducting daily meetings and ensuring qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Responsible for ensuring sales funnel, conversion and sales productivity.
- Tracking and monitoring input KPIs (such as data and hot leads) to help improve productivity.
- Improving performance through incentive structure and sales promotion.
- Responsibility of achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets as per SOP.
- Timely reporting in prescribed formats.
Skills required:
- Must have experience leading a large team in the sales acquisition process.
- Building good relationships with the team through a consultative sales approach.
- Must have listening, questioning and networking skills.
- Must have report management, analysis and alignment skills.
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate or post graduate candidates in any stream can apply for this post.
Experience:
- To apply for this post, graduate candidate must have 3 years of experience.
- Apart from this, candidates who have handled a team of more than 10 people for more than 2 years will be given preference.
Salary Structure :
