Broekman Logistics has announced the vacancy of Sales Manager (General Cargo). The company is looking for a candidate who likes to participate in digital or networking events and is willing to travel frequently. As a Sales Manager, the candidate will have to follow up his/her fellow Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
Role and Responsibility:
- As a Sales Manager, the candidate will be required to actively pursue acquisitions in the defined area as per corporate objectives such as – revenue and profit targets, product growth initiatives, etc.
- The candidate should know how to create and maintain the right network.
- Based on requests, candidates will be required to work closely with engineers and BDMs to develop a tender including operational and financial matters.
- The candidate will be required to work across all Brockman Logistics services, including international operations, although other PMC Business Development Managers will also support the process.
Educational Qualification:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or related field.
Experience:
- Must have proven experience in sales process forwarding (from planning to closing).
Required skills:
- Strong working knowledge of CRM software and other tools for the sales profession.
- Must have good interpersonal and communications or presentation skills, both in written and oral form.
- Apart from this, the candidate should have leadership ability, strategic understanding and teamwork.
Job Location:
- Job location for this post is in many cities. This includes Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Goa and Coimbatore.
Salary Structure:
