Special Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh has said in a letter to all the Heads of Departments that it has been made mandatory to fill the annual information of real estate 2020 online.

In Uttar Pradesh, the always obtuse attitude of giving details of their assets to IAS officers is going to be overwhelming now. The difficulties of such bureaucrats are going to increase. In fact, the Central Government has made it mandatory for the officers to give details of their assets online for deputation or posting in sensitive posts. In this regard, Secretary ‚Department of Personnel and Training and Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Pensions have sent a letter to the UP Government.
All IAS officers posted in UP have asked for details
This letter sent said that due to lack of online information, vigilance clearance is not available. After this, the Appointment and Personnel Department has sought the details of all the IAS officers posted in UP. All IAS officers will have to submit their real estate details online by 31 January.
Special Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh has sent a letter in this regard to all the Heads of Departments. In this, he has also sent a circular in the name of Chairman, Revenue Council, Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC), All Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretary, Mandalayukt, District Magistrate and IAS Officers. Sources say that these difficulties may arise in front of IAS, who do not give details of online property.
Details to be filled online, problem may arise if not given
It has been said in the Special Secretary’s circular that under the All India Services Rules-1968, it has been made mandatory to fill the annual information of real estate online 2020. Failure to do so may result in return to the original cadre without completing the appointment to the empanelment / deputation ‚sensitive posts.
It has been clearly stated that those officers who do not give details of their assets till January 31, ‚Those officers can be denied the vigilance clearance for appointment to the offer list, impeachment or deputation sensitive positions.
