Former minister Ram Sakal Gurjar giving tricycle to Divyang

Assistive devices were distributed to Divyangs in Farah, Mathura. The distribution program organized by Louis Braille Institute for the Visually Handicapped and PP Town was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest, former Minister Ram Sakal Gurjar. Speaking on the occasion, the former Minister said that the present time is the time of technology and India is on the path of development.

In this special camp being organized by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, the all round development of Divyangjans benefiting will be remarkable for the society and the nation. Speaking as a special guest in the program, Farah Nagar Panchayat President Krishan Kant Pachauri praised this step of the Government of India and said that it is a very good program. Greetings were also given to the handicapped.

Equipment distributed to 260 Divyang

All the Divyangjans who participated in the program expressed happiness on receiving the equipment and thanked them for the camp organized in collaboration with Government of India and CRC Lucknow. The program received the support of the school family and the local people and ensured accessibility for the differently-abled. Social workers including school manager were present on this occasion. In the program, artificial devices were distributed to 260 Divyangs who came from far flung places.
