Villagers do not have to visit block or tehsil for income, caste, residence birth death certificate and other works. For this, the government got the panchayat building constructed in the village. Also appointed Panchayat Assistant for its supervision. Instructions were given to open a public service center in the Panchayat building. Under this, public service centers have been established in 421 panchayat buildings, but this facility could not be started in 481 gram panchayats, due to which people are facing difficulties.

Along with equipping the Panchayat Bhawan with Wi-Fi, computers and furniture were also made available for proper operation of the schemes in Gram Panchayats. In the past, to increase the usefulness of mini secretariats, the government has decided to run public service centers in them. Its main objective is that along with many types of certificates, the villagers can easily get the benefit of 243 types of services from the public service center. The responsibility of smooth operation of public service centers has been entrusted to India Power Limited and Vamtek. Vemtek has got the responsibility of Tanda, Bhiti, Jahangirganj, Baskhari and Bhiyan blocks, while India Power Limited has got the responsibility of village panchayats of Akbarpur, Jalalpur, Katehari and Ramnagar development blocks.

DPRO Avneesh Srivastava said that at present IDs have been generated for 421 panchayats. In such a situation, the operation of public service center has also started in the buildings of these panchayats. With the operation of the center, the villagers will get the benefit of a total of 243 types of services including e-labour card, Aadhaar card amendment, income, caste and residence certificate, PAN card, ration card, electricity bill, railway ticket. Public service centers will soon be started in 481 panchayat buildings.
