A Pune court granted bail to Vishal Agarwal, the father of the teenager accused in the Pune Porsche accident, in the Juvenile Justice Act case.

Agarwal, a real estate developer, was booked under the Juvenile Justice Act for โ€œexposing a child to dangerโ€ by handing over an unregistered car to him while knowing that he had no driving license.

The 17-year-old accused was allegedly driving the Porsche car at a very high speed while intoxicated on May 19 when it rammed into a bike, resulting in the deaths of two software engineers, Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta.

The teenโ€™s father, Vishal Agrawal and his mother Shivani were arrested in connection with the case for their suspected involvement in swapping his blood samples.
