Defence Minister Rajnath Singh released the New Defence Acquisition Procedure at a Defence Acquisition Council meeting at South Block in Delhi on September 28. The three chiefs General MM Naravane, Admiral Karambir Singh and Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria, and Chief of Defence Staff, General Bipin Rawat were also part of the meeting.
