Renowned South actor Rana Daggubati and Bollywood actress Kriti Kharbanda are teaming up for an exciting new project. Reportedly, they project is currently in production, with 50% of the principal shoot being completed.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, the details regarding the project are kept tightly under wraps, but the next schedule will commence very soon. In fact, Kriti was recently spotted with a short-haired look lately, which is reportedly for the character in this upcoming film.
Kriti Kharbanda is an acclaimed Indian actress and model known for her work in Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu films. Kriti made her acting debut with the Telugu film Boni in 2009 and quickly gained recognition. Her breakthrough came with the Kannada film Googly. She made her Bollywood debut with the film Raaz Reboot in 2016. She further solidified her place in Bollywood with notable performances in movies like Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, Housefull 4, and Pagalpanti.
On the personal front, she married actor Pulkit Samrat earlier this year.
Rana Daggubati is a renowned name in Telugu film industry. Daggubati is one of the most versatile artists who has been donning multiple hats and has fulfilled all the roles quite effectively over the years. He is not just recognised as a talented actor but he is a producer and entrepreneur too. The actor has never restricted himself to playing just one particular kind of role. Hence, his journey in the entertainment industry has been marked by success and flexibility.
Rana was last seen in a cameo appearance in Spy. Directed by Garry BH, the film stars Nikhil Siddhartha, Iswarya Menon, Aryan Rajesh, and Sanya Thakur in key roles. Rana Daggubati played an important cameo role in the movie. Based on the greatest freedom fighter, Subhash Chandra Bose, the film is produced by K Rajashekhar Reddy on Ed Entrainments, with Charantej Uppalapati as CEO. Spy graced the cinemas in all South Indian languages and Hindi on June 29, this year.
