The result of Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (B.Ed) conducted by Lucknow University located in Lucknow, capital of Uttar Pradesh, will be released today. Which the candidate will be able to see on www.lkouniv.ac.in. Earlier this exam was scheduled to be held in April but after the lock down, this examination was conducted on 9 August.
After the result is released, the candidates will be given the opportunity to choose the college of their choice through counseling. For this, the candidate will have to pay a fee of Rs 5,750, out of which Rs 750 counseling fee and Rs 5000 will be sent to the college. The rankings will be released separately for the EWS category.

On 9th August, UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination was conducted at a total of 1089 centers in 73 districts of the state. The state government had given the responsibility of conducting examinations to Lucknow University. About 83 per cent, or about 3.57 lakh candidates had appeared in this examination, through which enrollment will be taken in about 2 lakh seats of B.Ed. This year 10% seats will be reserved for EWS category.
Exam coordinator Prof. Amita Vajpayee said that 3,57,696 candidates had appeared in 1089 centers in 73 districts of the state. He informed that after the results are declared, the candidates can see their number, rank etc. on the website of Lucknow University. He informed that the process of counseling will be told soon.
