Rishabh Pant’s mother sent a message to the driver-conductor: Said will definitely meet when the son recovers; Relatives of both had reached Dehradun on Republic Day

The driver and conductor of Haryana Roadways, who saved Rishabh Pant, were felicitated in a state-level program organized in Dehradun, Uttarakhand state on Republic Day. Although both had participated in the state level program of Haryana.

His relatives had reached his place in Dehradun. Cricketer Pant’s mother Saroj Pant has sent a message for the driver-conductor from his relatives in the program there. He has talked about meeting both of them after the son’s recovery.

In the program, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami honored the families of both of them by giving Rs 1 lakh each, citations and mementoes. Apart from this, Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar has given 20-20 thousand rupees and Good Samaritan Award.

Driver Sushil and conductor Paramjit have also been felicitated at the state level program organized in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. CM Manohar Lal honored both of them by giving them letters of appreciation. There is a big mistake in this citation. In this, the date of the accident has been written as December 31. Driver Sushil, a resident of Ballan village of Karnal, told that he has been driving bus from Panipat to Haridwar and Haridwar to Panipat route in Depot’s bus number HR67A8824 for the last about 1 month. On Friday, he left for Panipat from Haridwar at 4:25 am as usual.

When he reached near Narsan Gurukul at around 5:20 in the morning, a vehicle came from the front and in no time, the vehicle reached near him and after hitting the railing, crossed the road and came in front of his bus. Before this, he applied the emergency brake of the bus, till then the vehicle took four turns and went to the conductor’s side. After which the vehicle stood straight.

He immediately stopped the bus. After which both got down, by then the fire had started from the trunk of the car. Without delay, both of them dragged out the pant hanging outside on the driver’s side within just 5 seconds and made him lie down on the raw divider on his chest.

On driving risking his own life, the conductor Paramjeet shouted at the Mercedes driver, Kahan kaun hai tu? Couldn’t see what was driving? To which the person riding Mercedes said that I am Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. Although the driver Sushil did not recognize him. But, when the conductor Paramjit used to watch cricket occasionally, he got to know him.

After this, the driver Sushil dialed the police control room number 112 and the conductor made repeated calls to the ambulance control room number 108. The ambulance arrived within about 12 to 15 minutes. After which Rishabh Pant and his belongings were kept in an ambulance.

The ambulance man was told that Pant is an Indian cricketer, so take him to a good hospital. The bus driver, conductor and passengers stood there for about 20 minutes. The bus and passengers left for Panipat only after Pant was taken to the hospital. On Pant’s request, he also called his mother, but her mobile was switched off.
