Rajasthan Royals got their third consecutive win in the 17th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team defeated Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium. Former MI captain Rohit Sharma was out on the very first ball, getting out on zero for the record 17th time in the tournament.

Rajasthan's Yuzvendra Chahal took 3 plus wickets in the innings for the record 20th time. Ravichandran Ashwin played his 200th match and Mumbai played his 250th match in IPL. Ashwin became the second bowler to play 200 matches, while Mumbai became the first team to play so many matches.

1. Rohit holds the record for most IPL ducks.
Former Mumbai captain Rohit Sharma could not even open his account against Rajasthan, he was caught behind by Trent Boult on the very first ball. With this, Rohit made a record of being out on zero 17 times in IPL. Dinesh Karthik is also on par with him in this matter.

2. Mumbai lost 4 wickets for 20 runs only.
Mumbai had lost 4 wickets for 20 runs against Rajasthan Royals. This is Mumbai's second lowest score at the loss of 4 wickets. Earlier in 2017, against Bengaluru, the team had lost 4 wickets at the score of 7 runs.

3. Ashwin became the second bowler to play 200th match in IPL.

5-time champion Mumbai Indians played its 250th match in IPL. The team became the first team in tournament history to play so many matches. After him, Royal Challengers Bangalore has played 244 matches. Delhi Capitals is at third place in this matter with 241 matches.

5. Chahal took 3+ wickets for the 20th time
Against Mumbai, Yuzvendra Chahal took 3 wickets for just 11 runs. With this, Chahal achieved the feat of taking 3 or more wickets for the record 20th time in IPL. In this matter he equaled Jasprit Bumrah. Who has taken 3 plus wickets only 20 times in IPL.

6. Trent Boult completed 55 wickets in powerplay
Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Trent Boult took 3 wickets in the powerplay against Mumbai. With this, 55 wickets were completed in his IPL powerplay.
