A sad news for the Punjabi film industry came on Wednesday. Famous Punjabi actor and director Sukhjinder Shera died in Uganda in the early hours of Wednesday. The relatives are contacting the central government to bring his body. Shera’s family wants her body to be brought to Punjab, but Kovid-19 is facing a lot of difficulties.

Shera was a resident of village Malakpur in Jagraon town of Ludhiana. Shera went to her friend in Kenya, South Africa, on 17 April. He had a fever there on 25 April. He then developed pneumonia and was hospitalized. But he died early Wednesday. Shera had acted in several Punjabi films. Yari Jatt Di and Jatt Te Bhoomi were super hit films of Shera, shooting for the film Yaar Bailey.
