Salman Khan is going to build a 19-storey hotel at a prime location in Mumbai. According to the Times of India report, BMC has given permission to Salman Khan to build this hotel on Carter Road, Bandra. According to the report, the plot on which Salman Khan is starting the construction of the hotel is in the name of his mother Salma Khan.

Hotel will be built in place of co-operative housing society
Salman Khan’s family is one of those Bollywood families who have invested a lot in real estate. In this area of ​​C-Carter Road, earlier there used to be Starlet Co-operative Housing Society. According to the report, Salman Khan’s family wanted to redevelop this residential area. But, now after getting BMC’s permit, they have decided to construct a 19-storey hotel here.

Salman Khan’s father had bought the property
In an interview given to Times of India in 2011, Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan had told that he has invested a lot. He told that he often buys property for his family and especially for his son Salman.

The height of the hotel will be 69.90 meters.
For the construction of the hotel, Salman Khan’s architects Sapre & Associates submitted a plan of a commercial centrally air-conditioned building measuring 69.90 meters to the Development Control and Promotion Regulation (DCPR-2034) of Mumbai. The plan also has three separate basements, café and restaurant on the first and second floors, gym and swimming pool on the third floor.

The hotel will have service floors on the fourth floor, the convention center on the fifth and sixth floors, and rooms on the seventh to the 19th floors.
