Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 9534 posts of Sub Inspector, Platoon Commander and Fire Officer. According to the released notification, online applications for these posts will start from April 01. Both mail and female candidates can apply for these positions. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, physical test and medical test.
Candidates applying for the posts of Sub Inspector and Platoon Commander should be graduates in any stream from any recognized university. At the same time, candidates applying for the posts of Fire Officer should have a degree in graduation in Science stream.
Candidates applying for these posts should have a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 28 years. Candidates of Reserve category will be given age relaxation as per rules.
Candidates applying for these posts will have to pay an application fee of Rs 400. You can read official notifications for more information.
