The police has revealed the murder in the distribution of crores of rupees of black money kept in the house of a railway engineer in the Cantt area of Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow, about 12 days ago. It is claimed that the nephew of the deceased carried out the execution of the rupees after the loot. Police have arrested four people, including a woman, in this case, while two accused are still absconding. Police has also recovered Rs 70 lakh from the possession of the accused.
Joint Police Commissioner Neelabja Chaudhary said that on March 26, in the Cantt area, the house of railway engineer Puneet Kumar was stolen of Rs 2 crore 43 lakh. During the incident, Brajmohan, a resident of Mainpuri, Puneet Kumar’s servant, was strangled and killed with a knife.
Told that, based on the investigation and CCTV footage in the case, the roles of Tirath Kumar, Udayaraj, Tirath Kumar’s nephew, Bhanja Bahadur of the deceased Brijmohan, Ajay, Mohan Singh and another partner of Bahadur were revealed. After which the accused Tirath, his wife Nisha, Udayraj and Mohan Singh were arrested. 70 lakh rupees have been recovered from the possession of the accused. However, the nephew Bahadur and his accomplice involved in the incident are absconding, who are on the lookout.
The deceased had made a conspiracy to loot with the nephew
The deceased Brijmohan worked for a long time at the house of a railway engineer. He had all the information inside the house. Money also knew how much money comes home. It was he who plotted the plunder with his nephew Bahadur. On which Bahadur, along with his comrades, carried out the incident.
