A video from their stage performance rehearsal in the US in 2004 is going viral on social media, showcasing their camaraderie. In the video, Shah Rukh spins Preity as they rehearse a song. When Preity forgets a step, Shah Rukh jokingly asks, “Preity, you are doing drugs again?” To this, Preity laughs and replies, “I think so.” The video goes on to show the fun and playful dynamic they share when they are not shooting!

Preity had earlier shared this video on her Instagram account. She had captioned it, “This was us rehearsing for an award show. I remember I had no sleep for 2 days and I felt like a zombie. Shah Rukh Khan helped brighten the day & the rehearsal with his easy charm & timely jokes. The flip when he is holding me was the same step we did in Jiya Jale.”

In May, when the actress hosted an AMA session on X, Shah Rukh Khan fans bombarded her with questions, asking if she’d work with him in a movie. Preity had replied, “When we get a mind-blowing script together that only he and I can do.
