Shehnaaz Gill has lent her voice to Patna Shuklla’s upcoming song, ‘Dil Kya Irada Tera’, which was released on OTT platforms. She shared her feelings about the song on Instagram. Sharing the song video, she wrote, “MY FIRST EVER, as a playback singer for a film. #DilKyaIradaTera. Thank you @arbaazkhanofficial for giving me this opportunity. If you guys haven’t heard the song yet, tap on the link in my bio and hear it now!” The video is now going viral, courtesy Shehnaaz’s huge fan following.
Shehnaaz Gill has sung the song, which has been composed by Samuel and Akanksha, with penned by Manoj Kumar Nath. Recently, the makers released the film’s trailer, showing how Raveena’s character helps a student who was wrongly failed in an exam despite doing well.
Shehnaaz is gearing up for her next project Sab First Class along with Varun Sharma. Helmed by Balwinder Singh Janjua, the film will be an out-and-out family entertainer. On January 20 this year, Shehnaaz officially announced the film by sharing an Instagram post. “2024 begins @fukravarun @balwindersinghjanjua @muradkhetani @cine1studios @officialjiostudios @movietunnelproductions,” she wrote.
Earlier this year, Shehnaaz made her Bollywood debut with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, sharing the screen with Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde. While she gained fame through her participation in Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz is a well-known figure in the Punjabi film industry. She has appeared in various music videos and films such as Kala Shah Kala and Daaka. She has also collaborated with rapper Badshah in a music video and starred alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa in the Punjabi film Honsla Rakh.
Shehnaaz was last seen in Thank You For Coming, which also starred Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila, and Shibani Bedi.
