A woman from Himachal Pradesh’s Shimla has alleged that her husband of 24 years gave her triple talaq on January 12. The woman has allegedly been thrown out of her home and her husband has remarried. An FIR was registered based on the complaint and a probe is underway.This is the first such case from Shimla.
