Bikaru Kanpur gangster, a film being made on Kanpur gangster Vikas Dubey, has not received permission for shooting in UP. This was told by the film’s co-director Neeraj Singh. Neeraj said that he has been told that this is a disputed matter. The film is also being directed by Sharad Srivastava. Nimay Bali is going to play the lead role in this film.

Neeraj said that we have shot the film in Agra and Mathura. We also went to Kanpur to shoot but we did not get permission. We were told that this is disputed, so you cannot shoot. Due to the controversy related to it, Kanpur will be known by Vikas Dubey. This was the reason why we planned to shoot the film elsewhere.

We also received threatening calls
Neeraj told that some people even made threatening calls to us. But I can’t tell if it was a joke or gangster goons. I can’t say but we had calls. However we completed the film with the help of the producer. The film is scheduled to release on April 16 in Theaters.
