Is it better to drink milk in the morning or before going to bed at night? There are different opinions on this. However, the expert recommends drinking milk at night. According to Dr Kumar, drinking milk at night will help you sleep better. Besides, the level of physical activity also decreases during sleep. So the body absorbs maximum calcium from milk. If you drink milk at night, drink it half an hour before going to bed. Going to bed immediately after drinking is not recommended. On the other hand, there is no harm in drinking milk during the day.

Dr Vikas Kumar also does not recommend drinking milk on an empty stomach as it can lead to gas and constipation. On the other hand, babies can drink milk at any time. It gives them energy throughout the day and provides their body with essential nutrients. Milk plays an important role in the physical and mental development of children.
