It is being told that tax evasion of Rs 30 crore has been caught in Lucknow. On the other hand, theft worth Rs 10 crore has been caught in a raid on a tobacco trader in Sitapur. Clues of tax evasion of Rs 10 crore have been found in raids on the premises of Sitapur’s tobacco trader. Apart from this, 50 lakh rupees in cash and about three kg of gold and silver ornaments have been found.
During this, the matter of hawala transaction is also coming to the fore. Money has also been transferred to shell companies in Kolkata. The transporter supplies buses to major schools in Lucknow. In this, bogus billing was done in the name of body and repairing of buses.
