Strict action has been taken under the Gangster Act against five people, including BJP councilor Lallan Singh and his three sons, involved in the murder of SP leader Omprakash Singh in Raja Tola locality of Paraspur police station area of โโGonda. After the massacre, Paraspur police had prepared a gang chart and sent the report to Superintendent of Police Vineet Jaiswal. After this, the SP sought permission from District Officer Neha Sharma to take action under the Gangster Act, as soon as the approval was received, Police Station Head Dinesh Kumar Singh registered a case under the Gangster Act.
These are the accused facing action under Gangster Act A case has been registered against the accused BJP councilor Udaybhan Singh alias Lallan Singh, his son Dharamveer Singh alias Chandan Singh, Balveer Singh alias Nandan Singh, Suraj Singh and their associate Rohit Singh under the Gangster Act and a notice has been served in the jail. All of them are already lodged in Gonda Divisional Jail. Suraj Singh’s bail plea has already been rejected by the court.
SP said – strict action will be taken against the accused Gonda Police Superintendent Vineet Jaiswal said, “These accused had brutally murdered an innocent person. All of them were arrested and sent to jail. All of them are powerful people, against whom action has been taken under the Gangster Act. Further Other legal action will also be taken against them.”
This murder had created a sensation in the entire area, and now the police administration has taken a tough stance against the accused and started taking strict action under the Gangster Act.
