Ballia’s Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer conducted a surprise inspection of Gadwar police station. During the inspection, he conducted a surprise inspection of the police station building, mess and barracks built in the premises. Along with this, he thoroughly observed the important registers of the police station storehouse and office and ordered the concerned to take action.

Feedback taken by calling the complainants on their mobile

The SP questioned the employees working at the women help desk and checked their work and the entries made in the register. Also, by calling on the mobile numbers of the complainants mentioned in the register, feedback was taken from them about their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the action taken by the police. The SP inspected the CCTNS room and questioned the CCTNS employees about the feeding of all the forms of CCTNS.

He also took information about the CCTV cameras installed in the police station premises and office. He ordered that the power supply of CCTV should not be cut off under any circumstances and power should be supplied through generator or inverter in case of power failure.

112 Event closure should be done on time

The action taken by the police on the complaints (events) received on dial 112 is fed. In relation to which, instructions were given to feed the action taken by the police on time. All the officers and personnel were instructed by the SP to pay special attention to the cleanliness of the police station premises and to maintain all the registers of the office in a well-arranged manner and to take proper care of the weapons kept in the armory along with computer related equipment.
