Bell Peppers:
A bell pepper contains nutrients like vitamins B6, K1, C, E and A, potassium, and folate. It is rich in antioxidants called capsanthin, lutein, quercetin and luteolin. It also contains a compound called capsaicin which helps with boosting your metabolism and helps with weight loss. It is also a good fat-burning stimulator.
