Indian Stamp Uttar Pradesh Amendment Bill 2024 passed in Uttar Pradesh Assembly. Under this bill, facility has been given to transfer the power of attorney of one's property to blood relatives in the registry for Rs 5000.

People outside blood relation will have to pay 7 percent
