The journey from Bhilwara to IPL was not so easy for Mukesh. Seeing Mukesh’s passion for cricket at the age of just 10, his father Gopal Chaudhary got him to join the Cricket Academy in Jaipur. Where after taking basic training of cricket for 4 years, Mukesh shifted to Pune, Maharashtra. After this Mukesh did not look back and today has become the star bowler of Chennai Super Kings.

In a conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, Mukesh’s father Gopal Chaudhary told that since childhood, Mukesh wanted to become a cricketer. During his school days, he was less interested in studies and more in cricket. In such a situation, seeing his interest, the family decided to give him cricket training. The fourth class did training in Bhilwara itself. Then took him to Kannaur. From there again went to Jaipur. He stayed there from fourth to eighth grade. Mukesh’s elder brother Rajesh also stayed with him in the hostel in Jaipur. Where Mukesh started taking training to become a cricketer. While elder brother Rajesh started preparing for MBBS.
