In the bribery case involving Rs 5 lakh related to Inspector Jaswinder Kaur, the CBI special court has issued bailable warrants against 2 accused Randhir Singh and Narpinder Singh.

In the bribery case involving Inspector Jaswinder Kaur, a special court of CBI has issued bailable warrants against 2 accused Randhir Singh and Narpinder Singh. Summons are being sent to all these to appear on behalf of the CBI court, but they are not being presented.

Last month, the CBI had filed a charge sheet against 5 accused including Jaswinder Kaur in this case. Apart from Jaswinder, middlemen Bhagwan Singh, constables Sarabjit Singh, Randhir Singh and Narpinder Singh are accused in the case.

Bhagwan Singh was arrested by the CBI on 29 June 2020. After his phone call, the CBI also registered a case against Jaswinder Kaur. On the complaint of Manimajra resident Gurdeep Singh, the CBI had registered a bribe case against him.
