Before this, a dedicated cell has been formed to get the first phase of DNGIR off the ground. An office will be built near Eastern Peripheral. For which the land is being marked.
It was told that along with the construction of the office, a team of planning department will be formed here. The work of this team will be to survey, make design and mark the land according to the plan and inform it to the land records department. After this the process of land acquisition will start here.

Consultations are being held at the government level on what its process will be. Its two options are mutual consent and land pool. Any one will be applied for land acquisition. The authority said that the biggest challenge for us is to stop illegal construction on the land.
For this, a task force will be formed in DNGIR by forming circles according to the first phase. In which there will be officers from supervisor to SM. Whose job will be to keep an eye on illegal construction and submit reports.

Acquisition of 3165 hectares of land in the first phase The DNGIR area was notified in August 2017. There are a total of 80 villages in the notified area under District Gautam Buddha Nagar and District Bulandshahr. The development of the area is proposed to be done in 4 phases till the year 2041, out of which the development of 3165 hectares of land in the first phase is to be completed by the year 2027.
Apart from this, a target has been set to develop 3798 hectares of land in the second phase by the year 2032, in the third phase to develop 5908 hectares of land by the year 2037 and in the fourth phase to develop 8230 hectares of land by the year 2041. In such a situation, the first phase acquisition will be started soon.

1 thousand crore reserve for land acquisition The authority has reserved about Rs 1 thousand crore for land acquisition in the 213th board. Which could not be utilized in the entire financial year. This money has been reserved for land acquisition in the first phase. The acquisition will be done on the basis of Abadi Rules 2013 i.e. on the basis of mutual consent or through land pool. For this, a guideline will be issued by the government.
