India defeated South Africa by 9 wickets in the second ODI being played at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. This is Team India’s first win after 16 months. The team last won an ODI against the West Indies on 6 November 2019.
Fast bowler Jhulan Goswami collected the first South Africa innings for 157 runs with 4 wickets. After this Smriti Mandhana scored 80 runs and Poonam Raut scored an unbeaten innings of 62 runs to give the victory to Team India.
