Arthak Singh, accused of raping dancers in Kushinagar, lodged in Deoria jail, was brought to the medical college for treatment on Wednesday. Where he was examined on the complaint of stomach ache and after some time he was given medicine and the doctors let him go. After this the prisoners reached the jail in their vehicle.

Two dancers resident of West Bengal lived in a house located at a crossroads in Gobarhi Bazaar area of Ramkola police station area. On Sunday, September 9, around 11:30 pm, six people arrived in two luxury vehicles and forcibly entered the dancers’ room. They took out their weapons and fired in the air and forcibly took the dancers in their car.
Hearing the sound of firing, there was panic there. When a neighbor tried to intervene, he was also beaten. Out of fear, people nearby closed the windows and doors of their houses. The dancers were seated in the car and left for Kaptanganj. The dancers allege that the bullies molested them by firing in the air all along the way. After this, they were taken to a house at Sohni Ganesh Chowk in Kaptanganj police station area and raped.
The accused, who kidnapped the dancers at gunpoint and committed gang rape, include Arthak Singh, resident of Barhi Kothi police station Cantt, Gorakhpur, Dr. Vivek Seth, resident of Fertilizer Road, Jhungiya Gate police station, Chiluatal, Krish Tiwari, resident of Medical College Road, Narayan Nagari. Semra number-two, police station Chiluatal, Aswan Singh resident of Vishunpura police station Pipraich, Gorakhpur, Nagendra Yadav resident of Meera Hospital, Fertilizer Road, Jhungiya Gate, Chiluatal, Gorakhpur native of Shivpur-Ganeshpur police station Rudrapur district Deoria and Ajit Singh resident of Sohni police station Kaptanganj district Kushinagar. Was arrested by the police and sent to jail.
