Dipu alias Kuldeep, convicted of POCSO Act in Etah District Court, had escaped from the court on Thursday from police custody. After extensive search no trace of the accused was found. After this, Etah Police has lodged an FIR against him in Kotwali Nagar today.

There is a stir in the police department after the accused escaped from police custody from the court after being sentenced in the case registered at Jaithra police station under POCSO Act in 2014. Last night and all day today, the police were trying to find the accused. After this, if the absconding accused was not caught, the police registered a case against the absconding accused.
