Inspector Nagendra Singh Yadav posted in Kotwali police station of Kanpur was forcibly retired. Additional Police Commissioner Anand Kulkarni said that Inspector Nagendra Singh Yadav is posted at Kotwali police station. There were constant complaints against him. He has also got misconduct thrice. Not only this, the officer was constantly making indecent remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath from his Facebook, Twitter handle and other social media accounts. Along with this, the inquiry committee has found many allegations including misbehaving with officers on CUG number, drinking on-duty liquor, taking part in programs of political parties, missing from duty without informing, not taking interest in work. Due to this the committee reported that he was no longer fit for further service. On the basis of the report, on July 28, at the age of 50, Inspector Nagendra Singh Yadav has been compulsorily retired.
The service of the inspector terminated after the review
The government is strict on both the functioning and conduct of the police. Only after the formation of the government, an order was issued by the Chief Minister that such police personnel who have crossed all limits of indiscipline and their age is 50 years or more, their list should be compulsorily retired. A list of such police personnel started being prepared in the entire state. With the preparation of the list, action has also started against the inspectors like Nagendra Singh Yadav.
