The contract for the month of July was in the name of Sevayat
The contract for service is taken every month in the temples located in Govardhan, Mathura. Under this, the contract for the month of July for the Mukut Mukharbind temple located in Mansi Ganga was given to Dinesh Chand. On 29th July, the temple manager Chandra Vinod Kaushik was going to deposit money in the bank with the temple’s sevayat Dinesh Chandra. Dinesh Chandra had the money.

The servant absconded with the money
After the contract period of the temple was over, sevayat Dinesh Chandra left the temple with manager Chandra Vinod Kaushik for Union Bank with one crore 9 lakh 47 thousand 200 rupees. But on the way, the sevayat deceived the temple manager and fled with the money. The temple manager informed the temple receiver Kapil Chaturvedi about this.
After the contract period was over, sevayat Dinesh Chandra left the temple with manager Chandra Vinod Kaushik for Union Bank carrying Rs 1 crore 9 lakh 47 thousand 200
Sevayat’s phone got switched off
As soon as the information of the sevayat Dinesh Chandra absconding with the money was received, there was a panic among the manager and the receiver. The manager and the receiver called Dinesh but his mobile was switched off. After which the temple manager reached Govardhan police station and lodged a report against the sevayat for embezzling Rs 1 crore 9 lakh 37 thousand 200.
Action will be taken after investigation
Based on the complaint of the manager that the servant had disappeared after taking the money of the contract, the Govardhan police station registered a report. CO Govardhan Alok Singh said that a case has been registered against Dinesh Chandra. Action will be taken on the basis of merits and demerits after investigation.
