In Sant Kabir Nagar, the courage of thieves has increased to such an extent that they are not sparing even temples. Giving an open challenge to the police, the thieves have raised a big question on the security system by stealing from the temple itself. The entire matter is under Maghar outpost of the Kotwali area of โโthe district.

In the Kali temple located in Sant Kabir Nagar locality of Maghar town of Khalilabad Kotwali area, thieves stole clothes, silver crown, gold nose ring and three religious books from the idol of Maa Kali. The priest has given a complaint to the police regarding the incident.
The idol’s ornaments and clothes disappeared
The temple priest Anand Prakash Chaubey alias Munna Baba has written in the report that when he went to the temple in the evening to perform aarti, he saw that there was no clothes on the idol of Maa Kali. The clothes, glass bangles, silver crown and gold nose ring were missing from the idol. After that, other items were searched in the temple. Religious books like Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, Garun Puran and Durga Saptashati were also missing.
When the people around came to know about the theft, many people gathered on the spot. The priest said that this is the first time such a theft has taken place in the Kali Mandir premises. A written complaint has been given to the Maghar police and action has been demanded against the thieves.
