Thieves have created terror in Majhila area of โ€‹โ€‹Hardoi. Unknown thieves targeted two houses of the same family and stole jewellery worth lakhs of rupees along with cash. At present, the police has been informed about the matter. Police has reached the spot and started investigation.

Unknown thieves are a challenge for Majhila police at this time. These thieves targeted the houses of Sanjay son Brajkishore and Ramnivas son Rampratap in Majhila last night when the family members were fast asleep. The thieves entered the house, broke the lock of the cupboard and stole jewellery and cash and other items worth lakhs of rupees from both the houses. There was a commotion when the matter came to light in the morning. The victim house owners informed the Majhila police about the matter. After which Majhila police reached the spot and started investigation.

Demand to arrest those involved in theft

Villagers allege that thieves are taking advantage of the inaction of Majhila police. Due to which thefts are happening continuously for the last several months. Not even one of them has been solved yet. Local villagers have demanded that the incidents of theft be solved and the people involved in them be arrested.

Police station in-charge Majhila said that an FIR has been lodged on the complaint of the victim and the matter is being investigated. Soon this case will be solved and the thieves will be arrested.
