Three brothers gangraped a woman in Jhansi. She went to his house to return the interest amount. Where all three together committed atrocities and threatened to kill if they opened their mouths. The victim complained to the police. However, the hearing did not take place. Now, on the orders of the court, the women’s police station has registered a case of gangrape against the three brothers. Police has started the investigation of the matter.

The victim told the police that she had borrowed Rs 10,000 from Indra Rajput, a resident of Raksa. On 12 August 2022, she went to Indra’s house to pay the interest amount. Apart from Indra, his brothers Santosh and Suresh were also there. At the time of returning the money, Indra held his hand.

On protesting, he called both the brothers. After this, all three dragged him to the room. There all three raped her. The accused drove away threatening to kill someone for telling anything. After the incident, the victim complained to the police, but the police did not register a case. After this, the victim took refuge in the court.

Now, on the orders of the court, a case has been registered against the three brothers under section 376D and other sections of the IPC. Women’s station in-charge Nilesh Kumari said that a case has been registered. The case is being investigated. Further action will be taken on the basis of the evidence that will come out.
