Kanpur Rawatpur police station has arrested three minor vehicle thieves. Four two-wheelers including bullets have been recovered from all three. During the investigation, it came to light that the minor thieves were so expert that they could break the lock of any two-wheeler in thirty seconds to one minute, start it, steal it and run away. With the help of CCTV, the police arrested all three.
