All the passengers in the car died on the spot after the vehicle they were travelling in caught fire following the collision.
At least eight people died in a road accident on Saturday night after the car they were travelling in collided with a truck coming from the opposite side on the Nainital Highway.
According to the police, the deceased involved seven adults and one child.

As per the police official, the family was from Uttarakhand’s Bahedi village.
