A fire broke out in Pabernpurwa village here on Wednesday afternoon for unknown reasons, burning 12 houses to ashes. The flames were so strong amidst strong winds, the villagers did not even get time to gather household. The administration, with the help of villagers, overcame the fire after a lot of effort. Administrative officials have assured help to the homeless.

The entire case is related to the village of Pabheranpurwa in Kaiserganj tehsil. A sudden fire broke out in the pallet house of village resident Sahajaram on Wednesday afternoon for unknown reasons. Seeing this, the fire spread to the whole village. The fire was so frightful that the houses of a dozen people including village Gullu, Bajrangi, Phere, Kailash, Chhotelal, Sahajaram, Lallu Naqshed, Madhav, Deshraj were burnt to ashes.

Buffalo Scorched In Fire

Gullu’s buffalo also got badly burnt in the fire. Village resident Bajrangi also burnt eight thousand rupees in cash and grain clothes to ashes. Property worth more than one million rupees has been lost in this fire. The villagers overcame the fire after much hard work. Regional accountant Vijay Kumar reached the village suffering from fire and assessed the damage and prepared a report and sent it to the tehsil administration. Tehsildar Shiv Prasad said that financial assistance will be provided to the fire victims soon.
