Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangi Mahli, president of the Islamic Center of India (ICI), issued a fatwa in response to a question that approved the use of the vaccine.

  • Preoccupation with Muslims over the use of Kovid-19 vaccine made using pig gelatin
  • Maulana said- To get precious lives, to get vaccinated is justified in Islam

There is confusion among Islamic religious leaders around the world as to whether Kovid-19 vaccines made using pig meat (pig gelatin) are justified under Islamic law? But in the meantime, Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangi Mahli, president of the Islamic Center of India (ICI), issued a fatwa in response to a question and approved the use of the vaccine. Maulana Rashid said that even if a pig meat or fat is being used in the vaccine, it is justified in Islam to get the vaccine to save the lives of people.

Fatwa council has also received approval

The Fatwa Council, the apex Islamic body of Arab countries (UAE), has approved the use of a corona vaccine made from pig gelatin. But here in India, especially in the Muslims of Uttar Pradesh, there is a lot of controversy about the Corona vaccine made from pig gelatin. In this regard, the Dargah Hazrat Shahmeena Shah’s Sajjadanshin and Mutavalli Sheikh Rashid Ali Meenai had asked the President of the Islamic Center of India whether the Pig Jilteen-made vaccine was halal or not. It is learned that the vaccine that China has made जिले uses pig gelatin in it. In such a situation, whichever vaccine will come to India, Muslims can get it or not?

If there is no other alternative then human life is priceless

Maulana Firangi Mahali said that Islam gives first priority to saving lives. Man’s life is precious. If there is no other alternative, then the corona virus vaccine can be kept separate from Islamic restrictions. Maulana said that pig gelatin is used in medicine. In this case, pork gelatin is to be used as a medicine and not as a food. In such a situation, Muslims from all over the world can get this vaccine.
