In Uttar Pradesh, schools from class six to 8th (upper primary) will open from February 10, and schools from class 1 to 5 (primary) will open from March 1. In a day only 50 percent of the children will come to the class. If a suspected corona case is found, the school administration must immediately inform the nearest health center. Parents’ consent forms will be obtained for calling the children to school. Parents will not send children to school if they see signs of corona. If a child wants to study from home with the consent of the family, they will be allowed.

In primary level school, children of classes one and five will come on Monday and Thursday, children of class 2 and 4 will come on Tuesday and Friday, while students of class 3 will come on Wednesday and Saturday. On the other hand, students of class 6 in upper primary school will come on Monday and Thursday.
Classes 7 will come on Tuesdays and Fridays and Class 8 will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the guidelines issued by the Basic Education Headquarters to open the school, it has been said that if the number of students is more, then it should be conducted in two classes. In this regard, the Principals, School Management Committee can take the decision themselves.
