Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao district has caught fire in the dispute on Thursday between Special Judge (Judge) of Poxo Act Prahlad Tandon and Bar Association President Ram Shankar Singh Yadav. On Friday, Judge Prahlad Tandon has sent his resignation to the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court. He is said to have gone on leave after submitting his resignation to the Jiza judge. However, on his tahrir, the Kotwali police has registered a case against 100 people including Ramshankar Singh Yadav.

Actually, Bar Association President Ram Shankar Yadav arrived at ADJ 11 Poxo Court around 12 noon on Thursday to plead a case with the lawyers. During this time, there was a dispute between Ram Shankar Yadav and the judge about making videos inside the court.

Meanwhile, the Kotwali police has registered a case against the judge on Barhir, Bar Association President Ram Shankar Singh Yadav, General Minister Jitendra Singh, former Bar Chairman Satish Shukla, former Bar Chairman Girish Mishra. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 332, 353, 504, 506, 394, 427 and 7CLA Act of IPC. The judge accused the lawyers of abusing and beating the room in court.
