The testimony of Barmamines hotel owner Anil Singh and employee Mangal Pramanik on Friday in the Bagbeda Colony resident transporter cum JMM leader Upendra Singh murder case was videoconferencing. Special PP Jayaprakash testified to both in the court of District Judge-13 Prabhakar Singh. But, in the testimony in court on Friday, Anil Singh and employee Mangal retracted before the authentic court that they did not eat any food in their hotel nor did they make any plans there. Special PP Jayaprakash asked Anil Singh that he was an accused named in the firing case in Sitaramdera police station area. Anil Singh replied that I do not know anything about the firing incident. Police arrested him from home and sent him to jail 8 days after the incident. In the testimony, Anil Singh said- the criminal never came to my hotel to eat nor did he plan to kill Upendra Singh while sitting in the hotel. He refused to recognize Akhilesh Singh, Harish Singh and others.
