The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday shared essential information about the civil service pre-examination to be held this year. The Commission made it clear on the official website that the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2021 will be conducted on the already scheduled schedule i.e. 27 June. The UPSC stated that, “Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2021 and Indian Forest Service Examination (IFoSE) 2021 will take place on 27 June only, for which detailed notification will be released soon.

Notification will be released soon

The notification for this year’s exam was to be released on 10 February. However, it has not been released yet. In such a situation, the candidates are advised to keep visiting the official website. Registration for the exam will also start with the release of the notification.

Examination will be held on 27th June this year

Every year the Civil Services Examination is conducted for the selection of candidates in the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service and other civil services. For this, the selection of candidates is done on the basis of preliminary examination, main examination and interview. According to UPSC Calendar 2021, the preliminary examination will be held on 27 June. After which the candidates who have qualified in the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination and then the interview.
