Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB), Allahabad has canceled the notification for the recruitment of Trend Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT). UPSESSB issued a notification for teacher recruitment on October 29, 2020 on the official website According to the issued notification, a total of 15,508 vacancies were to be admitted, but now these have been canceled. These posts included 12,913 posts of UP TGT and 2,595 posts of UP PGT. According to the released notification, notification of new advertisement for the exam will be released soon. Also, the candidates who have deposited the fee will not have to deposit the fee again.

There is a written test of 500 marks

Selection of TGT, PGT teachers is done on the basis of written examination of 500 marks. Candidates can check the official notification for UP TGT PGT Teacher Recruitment eligibility, vacancies, selection process, application process etc. Candidates for TGT posts must have a B.Ed as well as a graduate degree in a related subject. At the same time, post graduate degree with B.Ed is mandatory for PGT posts.
