Amidst the harsh winter conditions, this ex-corporate worker immerses herself in the frigid waters carving a hole through the solid ice. Her videos also capture moments where she explores gardening, developing the skill to grow her own crops alongside foraged foods.

In other videos, Ally is seen taking care of her garden. She also demonstrates the process of tapping birch trees to collect revitalising and nutrient-rich sap. In one of her latest videos, Ally is shown adding the finishing touches to her remote home, a project that she and her boyfriend, Kyle Dempsey, dedicated two and a half years to complete.

While they were getting the cabin ready, the couple would split their time between the cabin and an apartment in town, as per reports. But now, they have everything set up to fully immerse themselves in cabin life. Ally noted that when they started the project, she had little experience with power tools but she has since become proficient in tasks like drilling, hammering, sawing and more.
