An elderly father in Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh could not bear the sorrow of his son’s separation. When the son’s ashes reached home on Thursday evening, the father came in shock and he too succumbed. The death of father and son has weakened the village. The son died of a corona infection.
Son’s death on Thursday morning
Dharmapala Shah Bundela (48 years), a resident of Kasba Narahat, died on Thursday morning while undergoing treatment in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh due to a corona infection. The family had performed the last rites in Sagar and took the ashes of Dharampal Shah and reached the village Narhat home at 6 pm. Rajendra Singh Shah Bundela, an elderly father of 85 years, saw the ashes and came to know that the ashes belonged to his son. He was not aware of the son’s death. After a while the father also succumbed.
Father was not aware of son’s death
Vikram Shah Bundela, the younger brother of Dharampal Shah, told that four days ago, elder brother Dharampal Shah had fever. After which Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh was taken for treatment. Where his investigation report came to be Kovid positive. The funeral was held in Sagar on Thursday morning after he died during treatment. The father was not informed about this. In the evening when those people reached with the ashes and the father came to know, he too succumbed in the shock.
