The village resident had descended into the well alone on Sunday night. In the meantime he died. People came to know about this on Monday morning.
A youth died by drowning in a well in the Nagaram police station area of the capital Lucknow. The case is of Baghauli village. According to villagers, the woman had thrown some of her jewelery into the well after a dispute between a couple. The young man had landed in the well to remove it. But he died by drowning.
The contract was given to remove the jewelry from the well
Nand Kishore, a resident of Baghauli village of Nagaram police station area, was heard from his wife on Sunday. On which the wife angrily threw some of her jewel in the old well of Ramadhar alias Bhagwadin. For the removal of which Narendra Singh and Suraj of the village decided the deal for 2 thousand rupees. He did a lot of research in front of the villagers, sitting in a well, but the jewel was not found. After this, Narendra Singh went down into the well to remove the jewels from that well alone in the night. But he died. On Monday morning, when the village and family came to know, the police went on the information and took out the body from the well with the help of fire brigade, diver and local police.
Inspector Nagaram Mohammad Ashraf says there were no visible injuries on the body. Panchayatnama has been filled and sent for post-mortem. Inspector informed that the matter is being investigated.
