In Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, an organic store (organic farming and organic produce) manager’s bullying has come to light. When the young men and women working in the store reached the manager today to ask for their salary, he dropped the shutter and closed it from inside the store. When the personnel voiced for help, the manager threatened to implicate them in a false case of theft. But the workers heard the call of the passers-by. The police arrived after receiving information to free the hostage personnel.
Store manager was on the run
Actually, Thana Bazaar has an organic store in Bahadur Ganj Market. The store has about 15 employees. Who were hired separately. It is alleged that for the last 4-5 months, the organic store manager did not pay salary. Assured to give salary, only free job was done. But it was revealed today that the organic store is closing and the manager is about to leave quietly. On this, the workers working in the store reached the spot and all demanded money from the store manager.
It is alleged that the angry manager locked everyone inside the store and dropped the shutter and locked it. Not only this, the manager also threatened to accuse the people seeking salary. Hearing the scream, passers by the road and the locals informed the police. On reaching the spot, the police opened the shutter and took everyone out and took the manager into custody and brought them to the police station. At present, the police is talking about an investigation.

Inspector Ashok Pal said that after information, the Organic Store Police had arrived. Those working there were accused of not paying salary. After which there was an uproar. The manager has been brought to the police station. It is being questioned.
